The Creative Strategist will act as the
bridge between leadership and the marketing team

, overseeing creative direction, execution quality, and performance tracking. They will ensure that all ad creatives, UGC content, and email campaigns are aligned with Atlas Funded's brand, approved before launch, and optimized for engagement and conversions.

This role requires someone who is
hands-on with copywriting, creative approvals, and team coordination

, while also being proactive in researching trends, testing new hooks, and managing external creators.

Key Responsibilities

Ad & Creative Oversight

  • Write ad copy for Meta Ads & Google Placement Ads.
  • Approve graphics for Google Placement Ads and Meta Ads before they are passed to the media buying team.
  • Approve email campaigns prepared by the Email Marketing Team to ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Provide UGC creators with clear visual direction and scripts.

UGC & Content Management

  • Manage and coordinate UGC creators, ensuring deliverables are on-time and aligned with brand standards.
  • Organize digital trader interviews by coordinating between UGC creators and traders, recording calls, and passing raw assets to the design team.
  • Track UGC engagement and performance, suggesting improvements and scaling successful hooks.

Performance & Tools

  • Oversee usage of
    Triple Whale

for performance tracking, ensuring insights are applied effectively.
- Track creative metrics across UGC, ads, and email engagement.
- Manage A/B testing of creatives and hooks, presenting results and next steps.

Campaign & Calendar Oversight

  • Oversee (not create) the content calendar provided by the agency, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Oversee the
    promotional calendar

(discounts, seasonal offers, campaigns) and ensure creatives are aligned.
- Research competitor campaigns and industry trends to provide new creative ideas to the CMO.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as the
    primary link between leadership and marketing teams

(designers, ad specialists, UGC creators, agencies).
- Run review meetings with agencies and internal teams to align on creative direction.
- Ensure smooth communication via
Slack

or other project management tools.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in creative strategy, ideally in fintech, trading, or prop firm space.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads (Meta + Google).
  • Ability to direct UGC creators and approve creatives with a high standard of quality.
  • Experience working with
    Triple Whale

(or similar analytics platforms).
- Comfortable managing external creators and agencies.
- Strong organizational skills — able to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive in competitor research and spotting new creative trends.
- Fluent in English
