The Role

As a Systems Engineer, you'll work across the
full system lifecycle
, supporting clients to
design, develop and assure complex platforms, systems and services.
You'll:

·       Lead solution development and engineering activities that support national security.

·       Work within multidisciplinary, multicompany teams.

·       Build strong client relationships and influence future bids.

·       Help shape our systems engineering capability through
thought leadership and mentoring.

What You'll Bring

Essential

·       Degree in Engineering

· years' experience delivering systems engineering in complex programmes.

·       Strong grounding in
systems engineering methods, lifecycle processes, and systems thinking
.

·       
Model-Based Systems Engineering
knowledge and experience, including:

o  Definition and management of user and system requirement and use of tools (e.g. DOORS, Dimensions RM).

o  Development of behavioural and structural models to support requirements elicitation, options definition and analysis, and verification and validation (e.g. Use Case analysis, Mission Engineering).

o  Applying architectural frameworks (e.g. NAF, TOGAF) and tools (e.g. Sparx EA, BizzDesign, MooD, Cameo).

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

·       Defence or Security sector experience.

·       Eligible for UK SC security clearance (existing SC preferred).

Desirable

·       Postgraduate qualification (MEng, MSc).

·       Professional membership (IET, INCOSE, BCS).

·       Agile delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe).

·       Test Management experience (e.g. development of test-cases, acceptance plans, etc.)
