We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Student Engagement Co-Ordinator who will support a learners journey from start to post finish. Range of duties will include:

Support learner recruitment activities including open days, community engagement, and referral partner events

Liaise with Jobcentres, referral partners, and community organisations to promote RMF courses and attract eligible learners

Conduct initial engagement calls, screening interviews, and enrolment support to ensure learners meet eligibility and course requirements

Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide weekly updates on referral numbers, conversions, and enrolment trends

Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Delivery teams to ensure recruitment targets are met in line with funding profiles

Build and maintain positive relationships with all learners, promoting motivation, attendance, and wellbeing

Act as a key point of contact for learners regarding attendance, pastoral support, and engagement issues

Conduct regular 1:1s, progress reviews, and welfare checks with learners to identify barriers to learning

Coordinate support plans and interventions with tutors, delivery staff, and external agencies

Monitor attendance and punctuality daily using RMF's MIS system

Proactively contact absent learners, conduct follow-ups, and implement strategies to re-engage them

Work closely with tutors and Student Engagement Team to identify at-risk learners and develop retention action plans

Track retention rates and produce weekly reports for management

Support learners to achieve positive outcomes including sustained employment, further education, or progression within RMF programmes

Maintain regular contact with learners' post-course to monitor outcomes and provide ongoing support where required

Record and track all learner destinations accurately in MIS systems, ensuring compliance with funding and audit requirements

Produce reports on outcomes performance and contribute to continuous improvement plans

Develop and maintain employer and partner relationships to support progression opportunities for learners

Maintain accurate learner records, attendance logs, and contact notes

Support the preparation of reports for internal performance reviews and external audits

Share learner insights with the wider delivery team to inform continuous improvement

Ensure all engagement and attendance activity complies with RMF's Safeguarding, Prevent, GDPR, and health & safety policies

Contribute to Ofsted and funding body requirements by maintaining accurate and timely learner data

Participate in learner voice activities and promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement

Work closely with tutors, delivery, and MIS administrative teams to ensure learners are fully supported throughout their journey

Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on learner engagement strategies and performance improvement

Represent RMF's values of inclusion, opportunity, and social value at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
