I'm supporting a growing technical product design & manufacturing company in North Somerset that is investing heavily in strengthening its brand, digital presence and marketing capability. They're entering an exciting growth phase and looking for a
marketing manager
to join the team and take ownership of their marketing function.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with
2-3 years' experience
to step into a role where you can make a genuine impact, shape the marketing direction and grow alongside the business.

The Role

As the marketing manager, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering marketing initiatives that increase visibility, improve the company's online presence and generate inbound interest.

You'll be working closely with the
CTO
(collaborative and hands-on) and engaging with technical teams across the company.

This is
not a sales role
- it's focused entirely on marketing strategy, digital presence and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and inbound inquiries.
  • Create content: case studies, brochures, product sheets, web copy
  • Lead digital updates, including supporting the development of a new company website
  • Strengthen brand consistency across all platforms
  • Track marketing performance using data and analytics
  • Support cross-functional teams with marketing assets
  • Contribute ideas and improvements during a crucial scale-up phase

What They're Looking For

  • 2–3 years' experience in a marketing role (B2B/technical/manufacturing ideal)
  • Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
  • Experience working on website or digital refresh projects
  • Data-led mindset and interest in continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Happy to work
    4-5 days per week on-site
    in Weston-super-Mare
  • Someone ambitious who wants to grow with a scaling business
