We're looking for a Change Practice Lead to partner with senior business and technology leaders to accelerate adoption, embed new ways of working, and deliver sustainable value across regulatory, strategic, and operational transformation initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement robust change management strategies that enable teams to adapt quickly, build capability, and sustain performance improvements.
  • Lead the Business Change Management Council, ensuring alignment across stakeholders on change impacts, training needs, and adoption plans.
  • Apply ADKAR and other change management principles to design and deliver pragmatic, people-focused change interventions.
  • Deploy change initiatives across departments, managing stakeholders effectively both vertically and horizontally across the organisation.
