Description of Airfreight Specialist Role
This is a full-time on-site role for an Airfreight Specialist located in the Farnborough/Aldershot area. You will be working within a small, friendly and sociable team. The Airfreight Specialist will be responsible for pricing, producing quotations, negotiating rates with airlines, and covering operations at peak times. Training can be provided where required.
Ideally we are looking for an airfreight pricing specialist but will consider an airfreight operations person who is keen to move into more of a commercial role.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm (there can be flexibility around start/finish times)

: Negotiable dependent upon experience

- Experience in handling airfreight shipments and logistics operations
- Knowledge of airfreight documentation and regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing shipment records
