Our Orkney team is dedicated to empowering autistic people to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives since 2013. Currently supporting 8 autistic people in Kirkwall, we support people to engage in the activities they love and to be a valued part of the community.

As an Autism Practitioner, you will work across Housing Support & Outreach services to:
- Develop personalised support plans and build positive relationships.
- Support individuals in making choices, exploring interests, and to live independently.
- Partner with families and healthcare professionals to focus on each individual's goals.
Some activities the people we support enjoy:
- Swimming,
- Visiting the lifestyle centre,
- Going out for meals and to local coffee shops,
- Long, scenic walks,
- Attending seasonal events.
