We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join us at Prima, this is a rare opportunity to step into a key role and really make an impact.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily warehouse operations (goods-in, dispatch, stock movement), maintain high standards in safety, 5S and food safety, support stock accuracy, coordinate FLT resources, and work closely with production, planning, technical and transport. You'll lead and motivate your team, manage absence/holidays, support performance conversations, and help build a positive, respectful culture.

What You'll Bring:

Warehouse supervisory experience (essential)

Strong understanding of warehouse ops & stock control

FLT Counterbalance licence

Confident people leadership and calm, solutions-focused approach

Good IT literacy and attention to detail
