Reporting to the Head Chef, the successful candidate will have knowledge of preparation techniques, an interest in and passion for pastry and the drive to develop our product.

This very rewarding role requires a team player who can work with colleagues and manage the day to day running of their area. They will be involved in the evolution of our menus, cost and stock control as well as ensuring standards are maintained and exceeded.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in pastry either in renowned hotels or other establishments.
