The Wells Fargo CRE division sits within the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). CRE has an established record of consistent strong performance and has a leading market share in the US commercial real estate market. The EMEA team use innovative and often complex debt structures to support investors in the UK, Irish and core European markets. The lending mandate is broad with the teams focusing across the core sectors including office, retail, industrial/logistics, data centres as well as operational assets such as PRS/BTR and purpose-built student accommodation. A CRE Analyst will gain exposure to a wide spectrum of asset classes and lending structures including both development and investment lending, and bi-lateral, syndicated and loan on loan structures. With the recent roll out of the Real Estate Capital Markets team, a CRE Analyst will also have an opportunity to gain exposure to securitisation products. Our client base covers all key global market participants, including institutional fund managers, private equity and sovereign wealth funds and large private property companies.

Program Overview
You will work closely with the senior bankers to underwrite real estate transactions and develop a deep understanding of market fundamentals and borrower's balance sheet profiles. You will also assist senior bankers when they meet with their clients on a regular basis to ensure we continue to meet their needs and to identify future opportunities. You will become an integral part of your team and have the opportunity to assume a significant amount of responsibility early on.

Graduate Analysts start with a comprehensive four-to-six-week training program in the US, Charlotte, before beginning work with their team. The training combines all the analysts from various lines of business and includes classroom instruction in financial accounting, cash flow, credit analysis, products, structuring, corporate valuation, and financial modelling. Wells Fargo professionals and consultants with special expertise in their fields equip analysts with the skills, knowledge, and tools to make an immediate contribution to their team. Analysts will also receive on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and feedback throughout their tenure.
