To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable
Presales / Aftersales Support Engineer
to join our team. This is a critical technical support role that bridges engineering, system design, and customer service.

Role Overview

This role focuses on providing technical support
before and after product delivery, assisting customers and internal teams with system integration, specification, and basic design queries. It's ideal for an engineering graduate with a passion for practical problem-solving, customer interaction, and systems design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    technical presales support
    to assist with solution design and tender responses
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable products
  • Offer
    aftersales support
    to customers, including troubleshooting, remote configuration, and documentation
  • Prepare
    schematics
    and
    connection diagrams
    for simple to moderately complex systems
  • Support site commissioning and testing (remote or on-site, as needed)
  • Communicate with manufacturers to resolve technical queries
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, guides, and internal knowledge base
  • Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing within the team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
    (or related field) – essential
  • Experience in system design or application engineering
    – essential
  • Ability to
    interpret technical documentation
    and
    product specifications
  • Experience using AutoCAD Electrical
    or similar CAD tools to draw basic schematics – desirable
  • Familiarity with
    power metering
    ,
    protection relays
    , or
    substation systems
    is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
