Join Our Team as a Community Support Worker

Location: Addlestone & Weybridge area

Hours: 37.5 per week (including weekends)

Pay: £12.21–£13.00 per hour (DOE & qualifications)

Do you have a passion for helping others live their best lives? We're looking for a Community Support Worker to join our friendly team and make a real difference every day.

You'll support adults with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and mental health challenges to live independently and confidently. Plus, you'll have the chance to get involved in our Project Café at the Addlestone Hub, creating a welcoming space for social connection and community spirit

What You'll Do

  • Provide person-centred support that promotes independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living tasks and social activities
  • Encourage confidence and community engagement
  • Monitor health and well-being
  • Report and record accurately
  • Take part in ongoing training and development
  • Help bring the Project Café to life

What We're Looking For

  • Compassionate, reliable, and full of energy
  • Flexible with hours
  • Happy to get involved in a variety of activities – indoors and outdoors
  • Committed to promoting independence and equality
  • Flexible with working hours – including evenings and weekends
  • Essential: A valid UK driving licence and access to a car (for transporting service users)
  • Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
