We are seeking a high-performing Financial Services Recruiter with deep experience hiring talent across private equity, commercial real estate finance, capital markets, and high-net-worth (HNW) investor–focused roles. This recruiter will lead full-cycle search efforts for high-impact positions including capital raising, investor relations, originations, and private wealth/alternative investment specialists.
This is a strategic and relationship-driven role responsible for sourcing and attracting exceptional candidates who understand the intersection of investment management, HNW distribution, and real estate/private credit sponsor ecosystems. You will partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to build world-class pipelines and grow teams across these business lines.
What You Have Achieved (Requirements)
5+ years of recruiting experience in financial services, private markets, alternative investments, or real estate private equity.
Proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter as core prospecting and sourcing tools.
A strong network or proven ability to recruit for:
Capital raising & investor relations
Sponsor relationship managers
Originators (CRE debt/equity)
Wealth management / RIA–alternative investment roles
Family office, HNW investor, or private banking talent
Deep understanding of the alternative investments ecosystem and how sponsors, RIAs, HNW investors, and private markets talent intersect.
Experience recruiting senior-level roles requiring credibility with sophisticated investment professionals.
Demonstrated ability to influence hiring managers, guide talent decisions, and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Exceptional communication, professionalism, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, disciplined, and high-grit approach to talent sourcing.

Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting for capital markets, originations, investor relations, and private wealth–aligned roles.
Hunt and identify candidates beyond traditional job boards through online research, cold outreach, networking, and direct prospecting.
Proactively source talent from real estate finance firms, private equity companies, family offices, private banks, and alternative investment platforms.
Build long-term relationships with professionals across sponsor, fundraising, and HNW-oriented segments of the investment ecosystem.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top performers in private credit, private real estate, and alternatives distribution.
Partner with leaders to understand business goals, hiring needs, and success profiles.
Deliver a world-class candidate experience rooted in clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Maintain accurate pipelines, market insights, and real-time reporting on candidate activity.
Evaluate candidates for technical aptitude, cultural alignment, and long-term fit.
Support organizational growth by aligning talent strategies with DLP's mission, values, and expansion goals.
