Community & Content Manager for Business Creator/Founder

Fahad Khawaja (fahadfuture), founder of Hue Media and a leading voice in community-driven content, is on the hunt for their Content & Community Specialist to help grow their multi-platform media presence We're helping them fill this position.

Requirements:

  • You have 1+ years of hands-on experience in digital media content creation, especially on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • You have excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills with proficiency in Asana
  • You're experienced with sponsored content integration and advertising best practices
  • You have a problem-solving mindset and take initiative without waiting for task assignments
  • You're proficient with content editing tools like Adobe Express, Veed, or similar platforms
  • Experience with YouTube and email marketing platforms is preferred
  • Background in journalism, media organizations, or working with high-profile creators is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media, YouTube, email, and web platforms
  • Integrate sponsor and advertising content seamlessly into the content calendar
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions
  • Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content strategy based on insights
  • Use Asana to manage content workflows, deadlines, and team collaboration
  • Coordinate with contributors to publish content that drives audience growth
  • Maintain brand authenticity while meeting partner and sponsor requirements
  • Take ownership of content performance and community engagement metrics
