You'll be supported, rewarded, and given the space to progress with proper bonuses, real respect, and no corporate rubbish. This is a subcontractor role so you can work around your own jobs

Responsibilities:

  • Get stuck into boiler breakdowns, diagnostics, and repairs – we need someone who knows their stuff.
  • Carry out new boiler installations – whether it's a combi swap or a full system.
  • Tackle small plumbing jobs — taps, toilets, leaks, valves — no job too small.
  • Respond to both emergency and planned call-outs — and put the customer at ease every time.
  • Spot opportunities to recommend or upsell services/products (and earn great bonuses for doing so).
  • Keep your van and jobs tidy, your reports accurate, and your attitude first-class.

What We're Looking For:

  • Gas Safe Registered – this one's non-negotiable.
  • Confident with fault-finding, boiler installs, and general plumbing repairs.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • A calm, clear, and confident communicator — someone who puts the customer first.
  • Reliable, friendly, and honest — if you say you'll do it, you do it.
  • someone who takes pride in there work and is ready to grow with the company.
  • Bonus if you're a person who understands the importance of stability, loyalty, and being treated right.
