We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, have strong communication and organizing skills with a drive for selling. This role involves handling customer enquiries, inputting/processing customer orders using our in house system, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties: - Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email and web based platforms - Provide assistance and information to customers via phone or email - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products applicable to their requirements - Upsell products to increase sales on supplier focus days and in house daily/weekly focus's - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Process customer orders via phone and we based platform

The Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal candidate will possess - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - The confidence & ability to analyze customer requirements effectively- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude - confidence to upsell and promote lines to customers - Experience in data entry is preferred - Time efficient - Highly organized with a strong ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with difference departments and teams across the business
