Key responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment life cycle for technical and non-technical roles - i.e. define recruitment approach, through initial screening, interview process coordination and closing strategy
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and the global P&C team to scope roles and develop tailored sourcing & talent attraction strategy & reach out to the right talent
  • Design effective and scalable recruitment processes that meet the needs of the different roles & teams in the company
  • Support the rest of the team in creating employer brand awareness in the relevant communities & channels & own projects in this area
  • Work on establishing talent pools for multiple roles so we can quickly access & reach out to the right talent when a suitable role is available
  • Update open requisitions & keep track of all recruitment process information in our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Thrive in a scale-up environment 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role (having previous experience in both tech and non-tech recruitment would be great)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & willingness to work in a fast-paced scaling company and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Decent organizational and time management skills & demonstrated ability to prioritize & manage your workload
  • Results-oriented professional with demonstrated ownership mentality, driven to deliver quality results
  • Willingness to accept feedback, learn, adapt, and support with varied tasks as needed
  • Previous experience in the igaming industry would be a plus
