The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS3 & KS4).
  • Differentiate your teaching to cater to the diverse learning needs of all students.
  • Assess student progress effectively and provide timely and constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of the Mathematics curriculum and departmental resources.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance teaching and learning.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A strong academic background in Mathematics.
  • Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level.
  • A passion for Mathematics and a commitment to inspiring students.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to the school's ethos and values.
