Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within a office environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces
  • Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards
  • Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure bins are emptied regularly
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any damages or shortages
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or hazards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded

Experience

  • Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written, is necessary for effective communication with colleagues and clients
  • Customer service skills are beneficial for roles involving interaction with clients or visitors
  • Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating tasks efficiently within the team
