Programme Euston
at HMNB Clyde, delivering future submarine docking capabilities for the Royal Navy.

As an
Assistant Project Manager
, you will support project delivery across planning, financial control, risk, and change management. This
Assistant Project Manager
role involves assisting with NEC4 contract administration, supply chain coordination, and monitoring project performance, costs, and programme milestones.

The successful
Assistant Project Manager
will develop productive relationships with stakeholders and contractors, while supporting assurance, gateway reviews, and compliance activities. This is a unique opportunity for an
Assistant Project Manager
to work within a joint SDA, DIO, and industry partner team, contributing directly to national defence infrastructure.

Essential Requirements for the Assistant Project Manager:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in infrastructure or built environment projects.
  • SC Clearance
    and availability to work on-site at HMNB Clyde (3 days per week).
  • Experience with
    NEC4 contracts
    .
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to challenge costs and outputs.
  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar, with professional membership (APM, ICE, RICS).

Desirable:

  • Experience in defence, nuclear, or other regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6, CEMAR, or similar tools.
  • NEC accreditation or nuclear sector awareness.
