Front of House staff at Notorious Pizza Co. assists in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Their duties include providing excellent customer service, ensuring staff are safe and that all food safety procedures are followed according to regulations. Having keen attention to detail and being able to prioritise tasks are some of the key qualities required.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Serve food and drink sit in and takeaway.
  • Assist in the running of an 80-seater restaurant and bar.
  • Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to sanitary regulations.
  • Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property.
  • Ensuring that the restaurant, bar and kitchen are cleaned to an exceptionally high standard.
  • Maintaining safe working conditions.
  • Working closely with management to develop the restaurant.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in a similar front of house role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • High standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • The ability to deal calmly with unexpected situations
  • Excellent customer service skills

Desired Criteria

  • Bar & Cocktail experience
  • Food service experience
  • Barista experience

Further Information

Work time: Week night availability Wed-Fri and Weekend availability are essential for this role.

Shift pattern is flexible.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
