Introduction

Here's a chance to play a key role in shaping large-scale testing across a hugely impactful technology environment. You'll be helping to ensure complex, business-critical systems run reliably, working as part of a growing team that's driving real change and modernisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading end-to-end testing for projects spanning digital, retail, data and integrated platforms.
  • Working closely with vendors to make sure testing is built in early and delivered consistently across the lifecycle.
  • Creating, owning and rolling out project test strategies and plans.
  • Coordinating testing across multiple workstreams with complex integration points.
  • Providing clear, real-time reporting on progress, risks and quality metrics.
  • Championing continuous improvement, including exploring new and innovative test practices (AI, automation, etc.).
  • Building and developing a high-performing test team with a strong culture of transparency and trust.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Ensuring the right level of resource is in place to support shifting project priorities.

Main Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience leading test management across multi-product or multi-vendor environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality measures, KPIs and trend analysis.
  • Ability to prioritise under pressure and stay focused on what matters.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
  • Experience developing and mentoring high-performing QA/Test teams.
