Overview

We are seeking a Level 2 qualified, talented and enthusiastic Graduate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair services while fostering a welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in various styling techniques, will contribute to the overall success of our salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for the hair industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality hair services including all aspects of cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
  • Contribute toward the daily operations at the salon, ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive salon revenue.
  • Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment.

Experience

  • Recent qualification as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in various hair techniques.
  • Familiarity with barbering techniques is an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
