A quick look at the role
As the Finance Systems Analyst, you will support the enhancement and maintenance of Biffa's ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations). You will assist in system configuration, testing, and upgrades, while contributing to data integration, analytics, and finance processes.

Your core responsibilities
- Support functional experts across finance modules (P2P, S2C, Fixed Assets, Leases, R2R).
- Assist in day-to-day finance system operations in line with service design and SLAs.
- Help troubleshoot functional issues and support resolution.
- Collaborate with IT and configuration teams to optimize system performance.
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and patch testing.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Work with the Finance System Accountant and BI Analytics team to support data management practices.
- Help ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Assist in maintaining the Finance Business Glossary and communicating updates.
- Support data analysis to enhance financial insights.
- Contribute to dashboards and reports using Power BI and related tools.

Our essential requirements
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX2012
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Awareness of SQL Server, Azure, and Office 365 is desirable
- Exposure to data migration, system integration, or testing
