The Role

As a Used Car Valuer / Buyer, you'll be right at the heart of our operation, valuing part exchanges, assessing stock opportunities, and helping us build a winning vehicle range.

You'll combine your automotive knowledge, commercial awareness, and people skills to deliver fair, accurate valuations and ensure every customer leaves impressed.

What You'll Be Doing

Greeting customers and delivering a top-class experience from start to finish.

Accurately valuing vehicles for part exchange or retail stock in line with market trends.

Logging all valuation data and completing admin accurately and efficiently.

Following up with customers to maximise conversion opportunities.

Checking part-exchange vehicles for all required items prior to handover.

Meeting agreed buying targets and contributing to site profitability.

Maintaining high standards of professionalism and presentation.

Supporting your team and stepping up where needed — we all win together

About You

You'll be confident, motivated, and passionate about cars. You'll have experience in the motor trade, ideally in valuations, buying, or sales, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

We're looking for someone who:

Knows their way around the used car market.

Has strong negotiation and communication skills.

Is organised, detail-driven, and confident making decisions.

Can stay calm and positive under pressure.

Has a full, clean UK driving licence.

If you've got the right attitude and drive, we'll give you all the training and support to succeed.
