Role Summary:

The Finance Transformation Project Support Analyst will provide hands-on support to the finance transformation programme during a critical delivery phase. This fixed-term role will focus on project coordination, documentation, and analysis to ensure milestones are achieved and deliverables are well supported.

Reports to: Head of Finance Transformation

Working hours: 37.5 per week

Working Location:
London / Remote

Salary: £43,000

Duration of Employment: 3-6 months 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking progress of key transformation projects and updating project management tools.
  • Support documentation of current and future-state finance processes.
  • Coordinate project meetings, capture actions and follow-ups, and maintain RAID logs.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for project governance forums.
  • Support testing, data validation, or migration activities where required.
  • Help collate inputs from finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting to the project PMO.

About you:

  • Experience working in a finance, PMO, or transformation support role.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and general analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Ability to work flexibly and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Prior exposure to system implementation or process improvement projects beneficial.
