About the Role

  • Upload Building Regulations packages to NHBC/LABC and monitor clearance of conditions in line with completion schedules.

  • Collate and distribute tender-stage documentation, including pre-tender health and safety information.
  • Manage the production of estate boundary approvals and plot deed plans.
  • Oversee timely technical approvals through coordination with external consultants.
  • Instruct as-built surveys and ensure accuracy of returned data.

  • Proficiency in IT systems including AutoCAD LT.
  • Relevant academic or professional qualifications in civil engineering or a related discipline.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented, with a practical and proactive approach.

What's on Offer

  • A secure role within a financially stable and well-regarded company.
  • Opportunities for continued professional development and career progression.
  • Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
