The Role Utilising artificial intelligence and a deep library of scripted, pre-recorded video footage, Twyn will allow fans to enjoy subject specific, two-way, personal, real-time conversations with world leading Talent - in a format resembling a Facetime call - whilst also giving those fans the sense of an intimate, evolving, direct relationship. The Company is an entirely new content format, creating a huge new commercial marketplace; more meaningful ongoing audience engagement; and an enduring telepresence for Talent that can last for years - or even for posterity.

We expect to go live with the first commercial version of the Company, accessed primarily via an App on mobile, in Q Through our own team members' decades in the global entertainment industry, as well as with our consultants and agents, we have reach deep inside the film, music, sports, advertising and brand sectors in New York and Los Angeles, as well as in the UK, Europe and Asia.

Our business model is that of a media company that owns a rapidly growing library of exclusive content that represents multiple monetization opportunities not just now - through user payments for access - but long into the future. And although our initial strategy is to build the Company for the world's highest profile entertainment and sports celebrities, we also see opportunities to roll out this entirely new content format in multiple verticals (e.g., in business, healthcare, legacy and education), dramatically altering how they operate.

We will be representing some of the world's highest profile celebrities, and therefore it is essential that we provide a reliable, robust service as we scale the application to many millions of users. Our talent partners will also be looking to us to protect their brand and intellectual property, and information security is therefore also a priority.

This role will report into the Director of Technical Operations, you will be expected to work autonomously to ensure that operational standards are met. Responsibilities This role requires solid experience in the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of Microsoft Azure solutions, including major services related to storage, capacity, availability, networking and security.

You will be required to support the day-to-day management of the Systems & Networks including general maintenance, system improvements, compliance, fault finding, etc. therefore knowledge of PowerShell will be required.

This role will see you responsible for administering the Microsoft Office 365 Cloud based productivity suite and service delivery to the organisation, provide hands-on technical support to manage and maintain the company's Azure / Microsoft Office 365 tenants including related technologies.

Working closely with the wider Team this role will lead as a specialist on all Microsoft O365 related projects, operations and service delivery.

• You will be proactive in the administration and management of the Azure / O365 cloud platform and Application Service Portfolio in accordance with industry practice

• You will be responsible for the Implementation and delivery of Azure / O365 projects, ensuring strict adherence to ISO 27001 procedures and controls throughout all phases of project delivery

• You will be proactive in the management of Azure / O365 security posture, by providing increased visibility of security threats and or configuration weaknesses by optimising the configuration of cloud native security tools e.g., Azure Security Centre, SQL Server Advanced Data Security and Azure Sentinel Skills and Experience

• Azure Platform as a Services Products such as Azure SQL, WebApps, AppServices, Service Bus, Azure Functions and Azure API Management

• Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such as Azure AD, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, Azure AD Proxy, SAML and Active Directory Domain Services

• O365 Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams Administration, Account and Group Creation

• EMS Products Intune, Azure Rights Management + Cloud App Security

• Proficient in the use of deployment orchestration and configuration management tooling (Azure DevOps or Terraform)

• PowerShell - Automation & Reporting

• Networking - solid understanding of WWAN, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless and associated upgrades, patching and maintenance

• Windows Server and Hyper-V experience

• Microsoft Azure Security products such as Azure NSG, Azure WAF and Azure Security Centre + Sentinel

• Creation of Dashboards, Alerting and Incidents

• Configuration and management of cloud monitoring tools

• Ability to create and maintain clear, detailed, concise documentation
