Stride is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships, manage projects from brief to delivery, and help local businesses bring their brands to life.

We're a full-service design studio in Chester specialising in branding, web design and marketing.

Our small but highly creative team partners with a wide range of local businesses. helping them tell their story through thoughtful, impactful design.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and take the lead on managing client relationships and projects. You'll become the main contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, clear briefs and on-time delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects, thrives on collaboration, and has a strong appreciation for great design.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets and deliverables
  • Brief and coordinate with our creative and web teams
  • Handle client feedback and approvals with care and clarity
  • Support the Managing Director with proposals and client reviews
  • Identify opportunities to add value and strengthen relationships

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in a creative, branding or digital agency
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive and collaborative
  • A genuine appreciation for great design
