The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven, and collaborative
Finance Officer
to join our expanding operational finance team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on across the full spectrum of finance.

You'll be a key player in our day-to-day finance function, owning processes, solving problems, and making sure our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. No two days are quite the same - and that's exactly how we like it.

What You'll Be Doing

·       Assisting in the review and standardising our finance processes

·       Maintain accurate Accounts Payable ledger

·       Processing of staff expenses and Credit Cards

·       Supplier account reconciliations

·       Raising weekly/monthly supplier payments

·       Manage supplier queries

·       Month end accounts reporting & support

·       Seek and implement workflow improvements

·       Support year-end audit preparation with well-organised documentation

·       Prepare monthly general ledger summaries and control account reconciliations

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years in a finance, accounting, or similar role
  • Confident with reconciliations, ledger management, and streamlining processes
  • Good Excel skills & experience with Sage Intacct is a bonus
  • Sharp attention to detail and a can-do, team-first attitude
