Internal Sales Executive

£28,000 + performance-related bonus (OTE approx. £32,000)

£520 annual attendance bonus.

Fourstones is a well-established and rapidly growing paper manufacturer who is punching above our weight when it comes to sustainability, producing AFH paper hygiene products primarily for B2B distributors. We are looking for a motivated internal sales executive who will work closely with the head of marketing and national sales manager at our site in Leslie, Fife.

The role involves managing your own sales territory, re-engaging dormant accounts across all regions, and qualifying inbound leads. It's an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, outgoing, and proactive individual with strong attention to detail. The position includes a generous bonus structure that rewards effective relationship building and long-term account growth.

Role

  • Professional and efficient call handling.

  • Actively manage your own customer portfolio by phone, teams, email and live chat.

  • Provide support to remote sales manager territories.

  • Qualify inbound enquiries.

  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities.

  • Resolve customer queries and issues by collaborating with internal departments.

  • Update and maintain CRM tools.

  • Assist with other ad hoc sales and marketing activities as required.

  • This is an on-site position.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales environment

  • Hygiene & Cleaning Product Industry Experience (preferred)

  • Professional and confident phone manner.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Pro-active and self-motivated

  • Experience selling to wholesalers and distributors.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data reporting.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
