At Immotion VR, the creators of the UK's first Virtual Reality Experience Centre, we provide thrilling virtual reality entertainment using the latest technology, offering fun, excitement, and an immersive experience unlike anything else on the market.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused VR Sales Operator to help deliver outstanding service to our guests.

In this role, you'll engage directly with customers, operate our VR equipment, drive sales through great interaction, and ensure every visitor has an unforgettable experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a motivated team in a fast-paced, innovative environment with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and get involved in the latest VR tech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.
  • Drive sales through engaging, confident customer interaction.
  • Operate VR equipment safely and effectively.
  • Set up, clean, and maintain VR pods and equipment to a high standard.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures.
  • Support the team in keeping the site tidy, organised, and welcoming.
  • Follow company procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing attitude.
  • Confidence in speaking to customers and promoting experiences.
  • A team player with a positive approach to work.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Weekend availability is essential, with flexibility during school holidays.
  • PC/VR gaming experience is a bonus but not required.

Job Type

Applicants must be available for an interview and a 2-hour trial shift to demonstrate customer interaction skills and suitability for the role. Weekend and peak-time availability is essential. Please ensure you can reliably commute or are willing to relocate before starting.
