The Mid-level designer will have a minimum 5 years experience, and in all facets of design and design project management, including
hospitality design, workplace design, luxury residential design and landscape (Garden) design.
 A passion for and knowledge of interior architecture and design, furniture and product design is essential.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of Sketch-Up.
• Strong free-hand sketching skills.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, 3D Studio Max and Rhino is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solver/creative solutions
• Eye for color and materials, Excellent sense of taste and style
• Good technical and construction knowledge.
• Work well under pressure and to timelines, while supporting the wider team
• Work well independently as well as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelors' Degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience and in all facets of design and design project management, including hospitality design, workplace design, luxury residential design and landscape (Garden) design.
• Proven ability to support and contribute to both design concepts and technical documentation across multiple project phases.

• Solid understanding of FF&E, colour and material specification, finishes and space planning.

• Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills;

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to your work.

• Experience working in collaborative design teams and contributing to project coordination.

• Fluent in English, additional language is advantageous but not essential (Mandarin/Arabic preferred)
