About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Server Acquisition Specialist to join our Marketplace Supply team. In this role, you will own Proof's acquisition of Process Servers who are interested in joining and using the Proof Platform for your region. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our network of Process Servers meets the demand for our services nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Awareness, Lead Generation, & Qualification:
- Own and manage the acquisition process for your region, from initial contact through qualification of the applicant's representation and warranties.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for generating a supply of qualified, independent contractor Process Servers interested in joining the Proof Platform.
- Identify, target, and engage potential Process Servers through various channels, including online platforms, social media, industry networks, industry events, content marketing, and direct outreach.
- Qualify leads' previous experience and jurisdictional knowledge to ensure fit for the Proof platform.
- Facilitate webinars, info sessions, and other strategies to generate interest in using the Proof platform.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our acquisition efforts remain competitive and effective.
- Monitor and manage the acquisition budget, ensuring that recruitment efforts remain within allocated amounts while meeting acquisition goals
Retention & Re-engagement:
- Own the re-engagement of Process Servers using the Proof platform in your region. This may include, but is not limited to, directly contacting existing Proof users, facilitating re-engagement campaigns, and overseeing re-engagement programs.
- Support the retention of Process Servers using the Proof platform in your region.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to ensure recruitment is focused on areas of need.
- Collaborate with the Server Experience team to ensure recruitment, re-engagement, and retention efforts are aligned with broader company goals and focused on high-need areas.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Use business intelligence tools to monitor and analyze acquisition metrics. Track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Report regularly to management on acquisition efforts, challenges, and successes, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a recruitment, sales, marketing, or acquisition role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth marketplace and/or legal industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation/sourcing techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential Proof users.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other tools for managing leads and tracking acquisition progress.
- Familiarity with the legal services industry or experience working with contractors is a plus.
- Must be able to work in downtown Detroit office 5 days/week
Compensation
- Salary range $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience and location
- Bonus compensation available based on performance
