If so, we want to hear from you
We're looking for a Site Maintenance Operative to join our facilities team to carry out service and maintenance duties to provide a safe environment for our staff and customers. The role will primarily be overseeing our training academy in Warrington, with occasional travel to other Utilita sites.
What would you be doing?
Undertake general maintenance tasks which will include (But not limited to)
Plumbing
- First fix electrical works/ testing and inspection
- Fabric maintenance
- Carpentry and joinery
- Painting and decorating
- PAT testing
- Supervise contractors to ensure maintenance is complete.
- maintain effective business relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers;
- manage maintenance inventory & ensure adequate stock levels of parts and equipment.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous hands-on experience working in a trade role.
- Good understanding of the composition of commercial properties.
- Full UK Driving License with access to your own vehicle
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- IT literate and able to use a Facilities Ticketing system.
