This is a full-time position on a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern (two days and two nights), with shifts running from 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00. The role is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Provide administrative support for daily warehouse operations
- Accurately input data into internal systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Monitor stock movements, receipts, and dispatch documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks
- Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to resolve queries
- Maintain high standards of organisation and record-keeping
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous administrative experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge (desirable but not essential)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
