Here at The Professional Fundraiser we are seeking face to face fundraisers to strengthen our already amazing team. You will primarily represent Cats Protection, we have proudly represented this amazing charitysince 2012 and still continue to have a strong relationship to this day

What does a Professional Fundraiser do?

Your main goal is to secure financial support through a monthly direct debit. Through the power of conversation you will share the amazing work that Cat's Protection does and how members of the public can help them achieve their goals. With products such as membership, sponsorship, lottery and a regular gift you will secure support on a long term basis.

I have never done fundraising before, should I apply?

It's true it's a unique role, but if you have some sales experience and the ability to have a great conversation it could be just right for you. We offer a focused induction programme, where you will spend 2 or 3 days (depending on experience) in our beautiful countryside setting learning all about Fundraising and us, The Professional Fundraiser (TPF to our friends)

About The Role:

You will be signing up members of the public to regular giving and lottery campaigns across our charity partners.

• Self- Employed contracts paying up to £65 per sign up
• Employed contracts (T&Cs Apply)
• OTE of £55k uncapped
• 28 days holiday (Including) bank holidays, increasing with length of service (Employed contracts only)
• Expenses Policy, including parking and mileage
• All Uniforms, equipment and e-tablets provided
• Full induction and training program
• Ongoing support from Field Sales Manager and National Sales Manager
• Career development opportunities

About You:

• Passionate about making a difference
• Ideally you will have previous experience in fundraising or face to face sales
• Perfect for individuals with Utilities or Energy Sales Experience
• Open to weekend working
• Driver & Car Owner preferred but not essential
• You will be comfortable setting up promotional stands
