As a Lead Marketing Analyst at Jagex, you'll lead a marketing analytics team that supports our marketing and studio stakeholders by providing analytics and insights on our activities and impact. You'll be the central expert on marketing analytics, ensuring best practices and delivering insights that drive decisions.

You'll deliver learnings and guidance to digital advertising, CRM, customer lifecycle, and our executive team, shaping the future direction of the studio. You'll also manage and mentor one Senior Marketing Analyst, developing ways of working that ensure insights help inform and improve marketing decisions.

You'll be part of our Analytics, Data Science and Engineering (ADSE) department, the heart of player, product, and business insights at Jagex. ADSE is our analytics and data hub, supporting, gathering, and maintaining best practice across the studio.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a small analytics team that delivers insights to guide marketing targeting, spend, and impact.
  • Owning full-funnel, cross-platform player analysis across tools including Google Analytics, attribution partners, and customer data platforms.
  • Improving campaign decision-making by integrating attribution, incrementality, and media mix modelling data.
  • Partnering with Data Science to build and enhance prediction models such as LTV and churn.
  • Owning marketing forecast models to better inform future budget levels and performance.
  • Leveraging statistical analysis to optimise marketing testing methodologies and outcomes.
  • Developing best practice and transparent reporting to deliver actionable insights.
  • Managing stakeholders across the studio to support and improve marketing decisions.
  • Growing relationships across teams to promote a data-driven culture.
  • Partnering with Data Engineering to manage data requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables
