Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – £95m High-End Refurbishment Project - Central London

We're partnered with a leading £700m turnover main contractor who are delivering some of the capital's most exciting new construction projects. They are now seeking Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyors to join their commercial team to work on a newly secured, £95m refurbishment in Central London.

Role Overview:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll work as part of a strong commercial team, reporting into a Managing Surveyor. This role offers exposure to a high-profile, challenging scheme with the opportunity to develop your career within a tier-one environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing procurement of trade packages
  • Assessing & managing variations
  • Overseeing subcontractor accounts and trade packages
  • Completion of CVR reporting
  • Processing payments and valuations
  • Supporting with final accounts
  • Day-to-day commercial management and reporting duties

Salary & Package:

  • £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
  • Comprehensive benefits package including car allowance/travel allowance, pension, healthcare, and bonus.
  • Long-term career opportunities with a leading main contractor

What they're Looking For:

  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor with a reputable Main Contractor
  • Experience of working as part of a wider commercial team on medium-large scale projects, or leading your smaller own projects as the #1.
  • A construction-related degree or equivalent is desirable but not essential
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ambition to progress within a tier-one contractor environment
