Regional Sales Manager, UK

Trintech is an award-winning AI driven Fintech organization empowering companies around the world to automate their financial close and we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive new business growth across the Enterprise market in the UK. This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven hunter who thrives on developing strategic relationships, closing complex deals, and contributing to a fast-scaling global organization.
We have a hybrid office policy requiring 3 days a week in the London office (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday).
What You'll Do
- Drive new business sales to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue target
- Develop and execute a strategic regional sales plan targeting enterprise prospects
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and account development
- Lead consultative sales engagements, positioning Trintech's value proposition to C-level stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver tailored product demos and business cases aligned to customer needs
- Accurately forecast, negotiate, and close deals within defined guidelines
Who You Are
- Proven record of exceeding enterprise software sales targets (Finance, ERP, CPM, SaaS preferred)
- Strong hunter mentality with experience managing multiple complex sales cycles
- Skilled at building executive-level relationships and articulating business value and ROI
- Commercially astute, with ability to understand customer finance functions and market dynamics
- Understanding of accounting and financial processes is preferred
