Role Summary:

This role offers a rare blend of autonomy, flexibility, and stability. You'll handle a diverse caseload of privately funded family matters including divorce, financial remedy, and children matters. You'll work within a close-knit team that encourages progression without unnecessary red tape. With up to 4 remote days a week, this is ideal for someone settled in their current role but open to better balance and a fresh challenge.

Key Responsibilities:


• Run your own caseload of divorce, finance, and children matters. Deliver tailored, empathetic advice to private clients.


• Attend occasional hearings and client meetings. Stay hands-on while enjoying hybrid flexibility.


• Support junior team members. Be a part of developing talent in a supportive, non-hierarchical team.


• Contribute to departmental growth. Your ideas and experience will help shape the direction of the team.

Requirements:


• Strong background in private family law


• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision


• Experience handling divorce, finance, and children work


• A balanced, empathetic approach to client service
