WE NEED A MID/SENIOR ART DIRECTOR
Hello, we're Tonic. A global employer brand and experience agency based in London, working hybrid and delivering for clients all around the world. As we write this we're working across Europe, Scandinavia, The USA, India, China, Mexico, Philippines, South Africa, and the UK (and that's not everywhere). Last count we'd worked on the ground in around 57 countries.
What we do is build talent brands people want to work for, and we're good at it. We're trusted to work across many sectors like Pharma, retail, hospitality, travel, professional services, military, entertainment, and technology. Creating great employer brands, EVPs, internal and external campaigns for experienced hire and early talent. Building great creative work that works because it's backed by awesome insight, excellent activation and perfect project management. We've won 157 awards in our 13 year history, along with 10 Grand Prix and we've been agency of the year 4 times.

New Art Director
. A critical role. Reporting into Mark, our Chief Creative Officer and Founder, you'll know how to build, develop and evolve our creative excellence. Working as one with the insight, strategy & social teams, you'll have huge opportunities to develop employer brands, campaigns and content for some of the world's biggest brands.

- Work and own the creative relationship with our clients across employer brand, recruitment marketing, and employee advocacy
- Build on our creative track record
- Work with the wider team to develop inspiring & exciting creative work

- Someone who knows a great idea
- Someone who never lets go of a great idea
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to translate creative briefs into outstanding creative executions
A clear understanding and experience in Employer Brand development
