Talent Acquisition Manager

Sureserve Compliance South, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London's largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.

Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent across the business. Providing a professional service to both internal stakeholders and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand all vacancy requirements
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle through; vacancy briefings, advertising and sourcing, screening, booking interviews, arranging assessments, and management of the offer process and candidate feedback
• Assist and provide support to the Talent Acquisition Administrator
• Manage our key supplier relationships
• Work in collaboration with the wider HR team to ensure all recruitment practices are understood and being managed in line with policy and process
• ATS - responsibility to manage the internal ATS system for SCS
• Monthly reporting responsibility re: KPI performance
• Financial responsibility of the recruitment team

The successful candidate will have

• Previous agency or in-house recruitment experience
• A passion for direct resourcing and able to headhunt effectively using innovative methods, and where appropriate, utilise a variety of sourcing platforms
• Previous experience working with an ATS (TeamTailor)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be able to build credible working relationships.
• Understanding of data and analytics with the ability to explain return on investment for resourcing within the business.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing a budget.
