The Opportunity

Join the kitchen team at a historic 16th-century coaching inn with a reputation for excellence. Featured in literary heritage and renowned for its character and charm, the inn has achieved 2 AA Rosettes for its dining and holds a prestigious 4-star rating.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to work within a luxury kitchen environment, delivering beautifully prepared food while developing your skills in one of the UK's most highly regarded hospitality groups.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver dishes to 2 Rosette standard with consistency and precision

  • Support the senior chefs in menu development and daily operations

  • Maintain high standards of presentation, portion control, and stock management

  • Mentor and guide junior chefs, ensuring smooth daily service

  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance at all times

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-driven or luxury setting

  • Passion for seasonal, well-presented food and attention to detail

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure

  • A proactive, adaptable approach with a team-focused attitude
