Runway Training is looking for a proactive and organised IAG Co-ordinator to support our employability and skills programmes. This role combines high-quality careers guidance with day-to-day office coordination, ensuring both participants and staff receive an excellent experience.

About the Role

As an IAG Co-ordinator, you will deliver person-centred Information, Advice and Guidance to help participants progress into employment, training or further learning. You will coordinate the full IAG journey, support action planning and track progress against programme KPIs.

Alongside IAG duties, you will take responsibility for low-level office management, including maintaining the office environment, ordering supplies, managing room bookings and helping to resolve minor issues or challenges in the workspace. You will also deputise for managers when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 IAG sessions, initial assessments and personalised action plans including CV Writing and Application Support.
  • Provide impartial advice on careers, training, apprenticeships and progression routes
  • Support participants to overcome barriers to employment or learning
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GLA and other funder requirements
  • Monitor participant progress and contribute to meeting programme KPIs
  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of the office, including supplies, equipment and room bookings
  • Maintain the office environment, ensuring it remains safe, tidy and professional
  • De-escalate low-level confrontation or behaviour issues confidently and appropriately
  • Support managers with basic operational tasks and deputise in their absence

What We're Looking For

  • Experience delivering IAG or supporting individuals into work, training or education
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage a participant caseload and meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator with excellent people skills
  • Experience dealing with challenging behaviour calmly and professionally
  • Ability to maintain a well-run, efficient office environment
  • Good IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of safeguarding, EDI and GDPR

Desirable:

  • IAG Level 3 or 4 qualification
  • Experience in employability, Adult Education, GLA programmes or similar
  • Experience supporting office operations
