Asset Data Technician
Yorkshire Region
We have an exciting opportunity for an attentive Asset Data Technician to join our Environment division based in the Yorkshire Region. You will be responsible for the coordination and management of project data and the submission of this to our Yorkshire Water Framework team.
What you will be doing:
You will work closely with the Project Delivery Teams to ensure accurate recording of all new equipment in internal and external systems.
- Upload project data from inception through to project close out.
- Keep up to date with the client's requirement, identifying and reporting back any changes or improvements in the process.
- Identify gaps in information and work with the project teams to work towards filling these.
- Review and understand the project specific data capture requirements as project mobilisation stage.
- Be responsible for the submission of the Project Operation & Maintenance Manual, working with the delivery team to obtain relevant documents to submit for acceptance in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for the site Health & Safety file, working with the project teams to update as necessary, incorporating new works information.
- Be responsible for compiling, submitting and updating the clients costing & carbon data, working with the client, and project delivery teams towards this.
- Update and maintain a Project Data Capture Tracker to manage the data capture process in line with project programme requirements.
