Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Social Media Content Creator. This is a production-focused role: we are looking for a 
Freelance Social Media Video Content Creator
 whose primary responsibility is to 
concept, film, and edit short-form videos
 that highlight the Challenger M-Pro across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that showcase the Challenger M-Pro in real movement, lifestyle, and product-focused scenarios.

The role requires creativity and the ability to stay up-to-date with social media trends to effectively connect with audiences.

You will be expected to 
handle the entire production process,
from ideation to filming to editing, and either:

Find and coordinate a model, 
or

Be comfortable appearing on camera yourself.

This is an

Must Have Requirements:

  • Proven
    experience producing short-form video
    content (portfolio required).
  • Strong filming skills
    : stable shots, clean visuals, proper lighting, and aesthetic composition.
  • Ability to create 
    strong hooks
     and 
    stop-scrolling content
    , especially within the first 1–2 seconds.
  • Understanding of
    storytelling
    ,
    pacing
    ,
    trends
    , and native social media formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
  • Ability to handle 
    A–Z production
     independently (planning, filming, editing, delivering).
  • Comfortable either being on camera or 
    finding/directing a model
     when required.
  • Ability to
    shoot in gym, outdoor, or lifestyle
    environments.
  • Organised, reliable,
    and able to
    communicate clearly
    throughout the project
    .
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines
    consistently
    .

Desirable (Not Mandatory):

  • Access to professional camera gear (phone shooting is acceptable if quality is strong).
  • Interest in fitness, athletics, modest wear, or athleisure culture.

Weekly Deliverables:

  • Weekly Delivery Plan
     aligned with Merazen's brand goals and content objectives.
  • 4-5 fully edited videos per week
    , optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Raw footage
     for all shoots, provided alongside final edited videos.
  • 1–2 rounds of revisions per video
