We are pleased to announce a new vacancy opportunity for a quality experienced person to join the quality department at TRM.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the successful applicant will be assisting in all aspects of the quality management system.

Specific responsibilities will be as follows.

  1. Conduct internal audits within all departments of TRM.

  2. Advise & monitor corrective actions from audits.

  3. To assist the handling of non-conformances both internal and external, including

detailed root cause analysis.

  1. Act as the focal recording point for internal product non-conformances and to assist in applying corrective actions.

  2. Participate within inter-departmental meetings & discussions aimed at improving quality performance in the company

  3. Inspect materials for defects using methods such as measurement and visual examination, including not only looking with the eye but with lenses/microscopes and may involve techniques such as non-destructive testing (NDT).

  4. Produce reports for the Quality Manager.

  5. Monitor, when and where necessary, each stage of production.

  6. Use statistical analysis to make sure that machinery, processes, and products are within tolerance limits.

  7. To Control all calibration activities for measuring and testing devices.

  8. Participate in TRM development projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
