Responsibilities: - Perform general import, export and customs duties, handling and repacking freight – Support the rest of the team with technical info when needed.

Maintain and update all records and databases and stakeholders–

Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records –

Load handling and Booking flights. –

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping –

Proficient in using office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and printers –

Good communication skills, both verbal and written and friendly customer service –

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision –

Proficient in using computer software programs

Freight forwarding experience Essential

CDS & customs systems operation Essential
