Engaging appropriate stakeholders in defining and managing customer requirements

Working across the Learning Pool teams to help deliver solutions, no matter how complex

Ensure that customers concerns are addressed and escalated where appropriate

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

A proven track record: You will have previous project management or implementation experience within SaaS, with experience in eLearning solutions being highly desirable.

Level headedness: You will be calm under pressure, comfortable in navigating change in a fast-moving environment and resilient when facing challenges
